Website design for courier and logistics companies

Customers compare two or three transport companies and take the one that is easiest to understand and quote. We build sites that make a quote a two-minute job.

What a courier or logistics website has to do

Buyers of freight, courier and moving services are usually in a hurry and comparing options. They want to know where you go, what you carry, how fast you are and how to get a price. Every extra click between them and the answer costs you enquiries.

  • A quote request that is quick to complete. Pickup, delivery, what is moving and contact details, with the result going straight to your team.
  • Clear service pages. Overnight and economy, general and specialist goods, home and office moves, each explained in plain language.
  • Coverage and routes. The towns, cities and borders you serve, written out so Google and customers can both see them.
  • Proof you are real. How long you have operated, your registrations and accreditations, and a guarantee if you offer one.
  • Phone and WhatsApp that are easy to reach, because many urgent jobs start with a call.
  • Search visibility for the routes you run, such as courier services between specific towns, which is where much of the demand sits.

How we have approached it

For a cross-border courier and customs clearing agent, we built a site around its services across five countries, with a clear quote request and a "what sets us apart" section. For a furniture moving company operating in two cities, we built an online quote flow and broke the services out by job type: packing, wrapping, hoisting, dismantling, storage and full-service moves. Both are on our Work page, with names blurred.

What it costs

  • Structure, from R9,500, the usual fit: up to fifteen pages for services, routes and coverage, a quote and enquiry flow, a basic CRM so enquiries do not get lost, and advanced SEO.
  • Skyline, from R22,000, when you want online booking, payments or automations connected to your own systems, where the other systems allow it.
  • SEO services from R1,500 for an audit and from R2,000 a month, to rank for the routes and services you run.

If you are an owner-driver or a small courier starting out, Foundation from R4,500 still gives you a credible five-page site with a contact form and WhatsApp.

Can a courier website include an online quote form?

Yes. A quote or enquiry form is part of how we build transport sites, and enquiries can be routed to your email and into a basic CRM with our Structure package.

Can the website show shipment tracking?

The site can link to your existing tracking system, and our Skyline package covers integrations with other systems where they allow it. We confirm what is possible with your system before we quote.

How much does a courier or logistics website cost?

Most transport companies suit our Structure package from R9,500. Smaller operators can start from R4,500 with Foundation, and companies that need booking or system integrations can look at Skyline from R22,000.

Will my courier company show up on Google?

Every package includes SEO, and we write service and route pages in the terms customers search. A Google Business Profile, from R800, helps you appear in local map results as well.
